We offer repairs due to resizing rings, user wear, production fault, lost earrings, or any other alteration to a piece of our jewelry. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and are will repair any breakage due to production fault free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store. Items no longer covered under warranty, damaged due to wear and tear, and elective repairs--such as resizing rings, changes to design, or errors by the customer typically incur a charge. These items are repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge.
For all elective repairs there is a $25 service charge, plus the cost of shipping. If additional materials are required, there will be an additional charge to cover those costs.
If you have lost an earring, matches can be made! Some stones and jewelry are one of a kind, but we will do our best to source stones and make a mate for the cost of half the price of a full pair of earrings.
